Nepo draws the first blood and that too with black. He had to wait for 13 games before winning his first world chesss championship match. Tomorrow is a rest day. I am very sure that ding would make a comeback to make the tournament interesting.
Game 3 (12th Apr 2023):
After a rest day Everyones eye was on Ding. Whether he will be able to bounce back or scumb to his loss with white pieces in previous game. Ding shows the nerves this time and held the game together. At moments he was even better, but in the end It settles peacefully as draw.
